We have a long history of renting houses in the private sector in Yorkshire including three student houses in York. We specialize in renting houses to PhD, Post Grads, PGSE and occasionally mature students. York is a city with great transport links to cities and the coast. It is two hours by train to London, three hours to Scotland and only an hour to the east Yorkshire coast and the sea. The Vale of York is surrounded by places to visit and relax whilst studying. The city itself is filled with history, cafes and bars and a thriving cultural life all within easy reach of the three student houses. Our houses are not ‘party’ houses out of consideration to local residents.
